WaveStone Properties transformed this late 1800's brick and frame building into two modern, roomy triplexes through a combination of new construction and complete gut rehabilitation. Expanding out the back and lengthening the building 27 feet created spacious open-floor layouts. The generous space along with newly installed skylights and oversized windows created two extremely marketable triplexes.
