This three story brick and frame building, built in the late 1800's, was completely gutted and rehabilitated to create three 1,000 square foot units. The ground floor contains a commercial space, a beautifully restored bar, which received the Hoboken Heritage Award bestowed by the Hoboken Historic Preservation Commission. Each apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
