This mixed-use building was designed to complement the Hoboken Grande as well as the entire revitalization of the southwestern corner of Hoboken, precisely fashioned as a transitional construction to unite the high-rise and the mid-rise together. 601 Observer Highway is designed as 39 luxury lofts above an entire streetscape of retail spaces. WaveStone has worked in close cooperation with members of the community and with city officials through the approval process. This structure will play a critical role in this revitalized area, providing much-needed services to the new residents. The cobblestone road that exists in front of the building will be restored to bring the renewal of the area full circle.
